OPEN CALL PRIVACY NOTICE

Personal data collected during the application process may include the applicant’s name, email address, country, Shopify order number and information relating to the submitted artwork or project.

The data is used exclusively to verify the application, conduct the selection process, communicate with applicants and comply with applicable administrative, accounting and legal obligations.

Payments are processed directly by Shopify and its authorised payment providers. We do not receive or store credit card numbers, bank details or other payment credentials. We may access only the order information made available by Shopify, including the amount, date and payment status.

Application data is submitted through and stored within Shopify. Shopify processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

Application information will be retained only for the time necessary to complete the selection process and will normally be deleted within 12 months of its conclusion. Order and accounting information may be retained by Shopify or as required by applicable law.

Artwork files are not requested, downloaded or separately archived during the application stage. Applicants provide only a publicly accessible viewing link.

Applicants may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of their personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to roberta@robertapinna.com. They may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Application data will not be used for marketing purposes without separate and optional consent.
